How it works:

Each piece of furniture I build is made to order. I will guide you through the process, from design to final delivery. Whether you have a specific vision for your piece, or need help determining what might be right for your space, we will work together to make a beautiful piece of furniture that will last for generations to come.
If you see a specific piece in my portfolio that you like, I can build it as-is, or customize the dimensions, wood species, etc. to fit your specifications. The possibilities are endless.

Custom Order Process:
1. Get in touch: Contact me via the form on the contact page. It is helpful if you include as much information as you can about what you’d like me to build (furniture type, dimensions, wood species, style, design components, budget, etc). If you don’t know, that’s OK too – I can help guide you. If you have any inspiration images that are similar to what you have in mind, feel free to attach those as well.
2. Consultation: I will reach out for a consultation. We’ll discuss all the details and possibilities for your piece, and I will give you a rough estimate of cost and production time frame.
3. Design: I require a non-refundable design deposit of $150. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your piece. Once paid, I will create a rough 3D CAD drawing of your piece - revising as needed until we’ve settled on a design that you love. If you opt for a design that is already in my portfolio, the design deposit will be waived.

4. Final Price, Deposit & Contract: I will send over the final cost breakdown based on the final design. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at this point, which allows for the purchase of materials and blocks out the time in my schedule. I will send you a digital contract to sign which includes all the design specs for your project, cost breakdown, terms & conditions, and a separate link to pay the deposit. Once these are completed, I will countersign the contract and get your estimated production start date in the calendar.
5. Time to Build! Here’s where the real work (and fun!) begins. I will let you know when your project is underway and can send you updates along the way if you want an inside look at the process.
6. Final Payment & Delivery: Once your piece is completed, I will send over photos of the finished product and a link to pay the remaining balance (generally 50% minus the design fee). After the balance is paid, your piece will be ready for pick up or delivery! (See FAQs for more details on delivery).
